Why people get the tattoo on the arm of a tribe? Do you guys feel hard core. You look like a shower!?
Tatttoos period are stupid. You can disagree with that if they have children, there are 45 more, or represent something sacred respect for your body to make sense. Besides, the Tattoos are capturing attention or ego boosters for me. People tell me the TAT in the back is for theirself but can not even see. It is for kids to think it's sexy. PERIOD. It's garbage, and exaggerated by more girls. Stick a tattoo on his poonany and I'm surprised. You do not have to be like everyone else.
I would get his 'poonany' about this, but as you say, if a person has a tattoo of spiritual, cultural or family reasons is not bad. I myself draw the line in the children with them. What's wrong with waiting a while tattoos are forever, no matter WOT Lazar specification can say. 
Please do not think I'm an old man like old, I have 3 tattoos myself. But, friend, perhaps you need to relax as well.
