Ok so my best friend is having a celebrity theme b-day party. We have to go dressed as our favorite celebrities. Any safe alternative to henna tattoos, or am I totally screwed? Also not want to go with tattoos cheepy like you get in cereal boxes / / boxes of Cracker Jacks.
