best tattoo / piercing around Virginia Beach, VA?
OK, so I want my cartilage repierced soon but i cannot figure why go to the Shop! Its so hard to find a good one. Does anyone live around Virginia Beach (USA) who had a tattoo or piercing? If so, where and are happy with the results? (I'm fine with anything anywhere in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk or) I found this place, does it look good?
