any shop in Edmonton AB tattoo a minor?

Anybody know of any shops that do / would tattoo a minor, and not 14 years old, but 17 + years old?

You need to be with a legal guardian who is of age. if you should not have a friend who does tattoos and mind wouldnt do it for you.
