Tattoo cost estimate?

I'm trying to conceal a tummy SCAR. It's 18 inches, and a scar breast LIFT is 4 inches on each breast. A SIMPLE LOVE TATTOO, MAYBE THE FLOWERS.

Your best bet would be to go to an artist and have them see scars. Not all Tattoo artists can through scars, you really need to find someone with experience. Scar tissue is thin and when the tattoo is, there is no possibility of altering tissue and cause it to become keloid. It takes longer because you have to be careful, and is more sensitive because it is full of scars. Best wishes!
