Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Chuck Liddell has a history that includes a series of martial arts disciplines. He has studied Koei Kan karate since I was a child, for example, and has a tattoo with the name of this discipline in the scalp. He also studies Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has his purple belt in it. Also fighting in the Kempo style, as well as kickboxing and wrestling. Liddell was a college wrestler and football player in high school.

In 1998, Chuck Liddell began his career in the UFC. Some of his victories include episodes with Kevin Randleman, Murilo Bustamante and Renato Sobral.

Liddell has a relationship of permanent confrontation with Randy Couture and Tito Ortiz. The first Liddell / Couture fight was UFC 43, which Couture was the winner. The first Ortiz / Liddell fight was not in the ring, but outside, when he had words outside a club. Finally Liddell emerged victorious against him at UFC 47.

Liddell and Couture met again at The Ultimate Fighter, a TV show for Spike TV. In the first season, the two each took a team to compete against each other. Liddell is one, with his team emerge victorious.

Its next meeting for the light-heavyweight title at UFC 52. Liddell won again, this time with a knockout. They returned at UFC 57, where again Liddell Couture defeated. Then it was time to return to Tito Ortiz for the UFC 66 at the end of 2006. Liddell won again, but emerged from the battle wounded.

Liddell not been matched with any of these men by an official match, although all three appeared in the movie Cradle 2 the Grave as the cage fighters. Time will tell what the future has in store for this trio.

Outside the field of fight, Chuck Liddell is a family man with two sons named Trista and Cade. Hes a producer (of a documentary on Catalina Island), an actor (in films such as How High and TV series such as Blade: The Series) and an author (his autobiography is called Male Ice: My Fight Against Life). It has even become part owner of two pubs in Nebraska, called Dillingers and nZone. He is also the first UFC fighter to grace the cover of ESPN: The Magazine. A whole career for a man who has not even turned 40 yet. It will be interesting to see what kind of midlife crisis strikes a boxer which has already ventured into many different types of race.
