Small white blisters after a tattoo?

I just got a lot of work (10 hours) outlines, shadows, and color, I know there are many Truma but it was at the Convention and my artist was outside the city if all or nothing. 5 days later I started getting little white blisters that are itchy as hell around the tattoo, it appears as an allergic reaction to something but I 'm not sure what? as I said this is not about tattoos cost mosturizing I stopped where he was, I am using Euciren (dermatoligist unscented recommended, etc.) and I'm putting on the emergency controls itching on the plate, all thought
