Tattoo Question for the experienced?

http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n8/se11481/lungs.jpg http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n8/se11481/313182740_1193e07827.jpg These two photos above. The first is to draw the lungs. I want tattooed on my back to the same general location of the dragon tattoo the girl in the second picture. I do not want too large, perhaps half the size and position in the middle of my back, like the shoulder blades. Also, I want a dragon to rest on top of the lung burning, but a smaller one which is not exactly the same as the one pictured. As an experienced tattoo artist, would it air nice and is it feasible? This will be my 3rd tattoo. Thank you very much. All comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thank you for answering those. You give good advice.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. If you want it to look like the lungs, it may be difficult to obtain in all with just the inerds lungs showed. For the moment they look very close to the roots. Of course, if you go with the external perspective, It may not look as cool … as a pair of kidneys or blobs. Perhaps you could include a small sketch in the same style to the original trunk a human body (no head, arms partially, stopping around the navel) around the drawing (which is really cool the way) to give a dimension and an indication of what if being shown. Nothing gruesome. It would be best to do your homework and find a really, really good artist to help you achieve this provision because it is stylistically very complicated. Let them run with the idea and then work through what they offer with them. Really cool, original idea!
