Is that a tattoo artist to change a tattoo design?
Or is this considered "ripping off" another artist? I found a picture of what I want, but there are some things that I want to change a bit to make it perfect.
Oh yeah that's perfectly fine. I did with my Celtic tattoo flowers. I saw the photo online and thought there were things missing from tattooing. I took my artist and she said there was no flow to the tattoo at all. She took this Out, added this and that and I had a beautiful custom tattoos. Go for it! LOL:)
