What do you think of this tattoo? and is it to outdated?

I want an armband on his right arm, a Celtic design .. not great But not too small. I was wondering what your thoughts on this subject and if you think that bands are now obsolete? and also how about you would think it would cost? thank you:) xx

I think it's cool that you decided to get tattooed. I do not think be updated. For me, I think what you want is never updated. I think it would be roughly the order of 100-75. I am not sure though.
