How much does it cost to enter the San Jose, California, Tattoo Convention?
I've never been before, but I intend also go this year! I have heard people say it was expensive, but I wasn't sure if they were referring to the price of the tattoo or entry. I was also wondering if you might know something about the age limits for getting a tattoo. I know in the State of California its illegal to get one if you're under 18 years (even with parental consent.), but one of my friends there was one last year and he was 17 years old! Okay thats it!
