full sleeve tattoo on the hairy arms?
IM planning to add to my collection of ink on my right arm to eventually have a handle complete, but the lower part of my arm is prettty hairy, will affect the tattoo, if so, what can I do about
Yes, it will cover the tatt. You have to keep shaved (just part tatt).
