I'am 18 years old in 10 days and I really want to get a tattoo tomorrow. i live in LA.would they leave me?

i know theres a law California that all persons under 18 years can not get a tattoo. I want to go somewhere really good and I need to get the case tomorrow my moms out of town and I need to go w / it. Do you think they would mind that im not 18 yet? its only 10 days before that: (
