Is there a place in CT or NY where I can get a free tattoo removal?
I really want a tattoo removed …. it is black, colorless, but I want him gone. Anyone know of places in Connecticut and New York is going to do it for free? Please Helppi.
Sorry, there is no such thing as free removal. They can give you a slight discount but it is not Free. Call a couple of clinics in your area and see what they are willing to do for you. http://maps.google.com/
