When tattoos become mainstream and what caused this?
I remember when only sailors, marines and bikers had tattoos. Now, even school children benefit from them. The people have no problem with getting the neck, face and hands and arms fully inked. When became almost mandatory to have tattoos and the cause of this change in attitude?
in the last 30 years or so, children have begun to use changes or body as a form of rebellion. more recently, more and more about the artistic aspect.
