What passage in the Bible shows that the tattoo is a sin?
I always wanted to do tattoos, but always heard it was a sin against God. And I believe in God, so I do not want to offend the higher power. I mean, I'm not going to church every Week type thinking, but I still have a deep rooted faith. Can someone show me the passage in the Bible where it is shown that tattoos an abomination? Or is what I heard "hearsay" to keep me from making one?
