Where is a good place in Portland, Oregon to get a tattoo is very complicated?
I'm going to put an alchemical sun on my ankle but the face is very antique looking-not cartoony. I am looking for an artist who excels in the symmetry and preferabley a woman but a good tattoo artist is a good tattoo artist and I would accept a man, too. I have been scouring the web, look no further information. Thanx so very much!
