Tattoo laws in Florida?

What is the legal age for getting a tattoo in Florida? Im going on a trip there in a month or two and Id like to know if I'd be able to get my tattoo there. Im currently 16 and I want to get a tattoo memorial for the lives of two relatives of loved ones parties. Do I need to get a paper signed? Where can I see only with my mother and get it?
